Cancellation Policy
At BikePas, we aim to provide fast, reliable, and fair service for all riders. To help us manage time and resources efficiently, please review our policy below: By requesting a BikePas Service, you confirm that you or any listed family members are the lawful owner or authorized possessor of the bicycle(s) being picked up. BikePas may collect photos, videos, serial numbers, or other identifying details to verify this information. In cases of suspected theft or fraudulent activity, BikePas may cooperate with law enforcement and may pause, hold, or cancel services without refund until verification is complete. Services requested outside the standard service zone may be subject to additional fees based on distance and conditions. Please refer to the Service Zone page for details. Members are required to book their service with the bike shop before requesting a BikePas rescue. Additional charges may apply if the bike shop is unable to accept the bike and BikePas must handle delivery. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Members are asked to provide at least 12 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a booked rescue. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 12 hours’ notice, or instances where the member is unavailable at the scheduled time, may result in a deduction of one (1) rescue or a service charge, applied at BikePas’s discretion.
