At BikePas, we aim to provide reliable rescue and transport services for your bicycle or e-bike.

• Cooling-Off Period: New members may cancel shortly after purchase for a full refund, provided no Trips have been used.

• Non-Refundable: After the cooling-off period, memberships, additional Trips, and upgrades are non-refundable.

• Upgrades & Service Credits: Canceling an upgraded plan reverts your membership to the original tier. BikePas may offer service credits for unused upgraded Trips at its discretion.

• Membership Renewal: Annual memberships renew automatically; renewals are non-refundable.
